At BPC Ventilation Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your home ventilation systems. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Request Authorization

Contact our customer support team with your order number to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return address for your specific ventilation unit.

Pack Securely

Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all filters, manuals, and mounting hardware are included to avoid restocking fees.

Ship the Item

Affix the return label to the outside of the box and ship the package via a tracked courier service to ensure safe delivery back to our warehouse.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technical team inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement unit within 5-7 business days.
